 Minimum $260.00 / 0 gal up to 10,000 gals.

Standard Monthly Water Rates    

$47.19 minimum (0 to 1,000 gal)

$3.57 per thousand  (1001-10,000)

$3.90 per thousand  (10,001- 15,000)

$4.47 PER THOUSAND  (15,001 - 20,000)

$4.55 PER THOUSAND  (20,001  - 25,000)

$5.20 per thousand  (25,001 - up)

SEWER

Standard Service: $46.80 monthly

Non-Standard:    $72.00 monthly And $5.00/1,000 gallons based on Annual Water Usage Average

R/V setups require 1 meter/residence (trailer) or will be considered non-standard and will require larger meter at customers expense.

BASIS FOR THE CHARGES.   Operating expenses have increased dramatically over recent years making it necessary to increase water rates. The charges are based on the need to generate sufficient revenue to cover all of the actual costs of providing water service, including regularly required repairs and maintenance.

**   STANDARD SERVICE:    ALL DOCUMENTS AND FEES MUST BE TURNED INTO THE MWSC OFFICE BEFORE SERVICE IS ESTABLISHED**

Proof of ownership (Copy of Warranty Deed or current Tax Receipt)

Proof of installation of a certified septic tank (Permit) (10+ acres are exempt)

Service Agreement signed by property Owner

Membership                $550.00      

Equity Buy-In $520.00             

Sewer Tap Fee:

5ft & Deeper Sewer Tap Fee -   $3900 & UP 

Customer Inspection              $390.00

Late Fee---$25.00

Reconnection/Disconnection/Connection ---$50.00 before 5pm / $65.00 after 5pm

New membership --- fees must be paid before installation

 Membership-Transfer---$150.00

Rental Property

Renters wanting a Name and/or Address change on any account must have the property owner sign an Alternate Billing Agreement for Rental Accounts form.  Renters are not authorized to request service or service discontinuance.  Account must have a zero balance before any changes can be made.
